The company has demonstrated a unique capacity in the origination of “off-market” investment opportunities, which, combined with its skills in the negotiation of sale and lease contracts, has allowed the successful execution of business plans committed to clients and shareholders for a volume in excess of 50m€.
Evaristo M. de Sandoval started in the real estate sector at Euroassets Capital, a company he founded in 2003 where he operated as an independent broker. Subsequently, in 2014 he founded Doble Digito, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm which primarily advises international investors identifying investment opportunities in Spain. Evaristo has brokered investment and divestment of medium to large-size transactions worth approximately 1.5 bn euros. In 2017 he founded the real estate investment and management platform Cartera de Inversiones Prime.
His track-record is built with deals in all asset classses, the most noteworthy include Winterthur’s headquarters or Hotel Sky in Barcelona, the land occupied by Vicente Calderón Football Stadium acquired by Azora, Edificio Monteprincipe, Edificio España purchased by RIU or the JV between HM Hospitales and Medical Property Trust.
Gabriella Luckert began her career in real estate at Euroassets Capital, where she was responsible for management and administration. Since 2014 she has been the partner responsible for the management and administration of Doble Digito, Cartera de Inversiones Prime, and all of the vehicle partnerships.
Manuel Somoza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of CUNEF as well as an MBA from IE Business School. Prior to joining Doble Digito, Manuel was a consultant for CBRE and PwC, an investment analyst at Richelieu Developments (residential operating partner of Europa Capital). Additionally, Manuel served as investment analyst at Aquila Capital. Today he is an investment analyst and manages commercial relations with clients for Doble Digito and Cartera de Inversiones Prime.
Lorena Arrecubieta studied Tourism at the University of Deusto, in Bilbao. She worked for 19 years at Pacifica Capital, a property investment and asset management firm from California. Lorena is office manager and property manager.
Violetta De Zotti has an Architecture degree and prior experience in all the phases of architecture and civil construction. Since her arrival in Spain in 2016, she has used her skills for Doble Digito and Cartera de Inversiones Prime as a technical analysis and supports in all transactions execution.
