Evaristo M. de Sandoval started in the real estate sector at Euroassets Capital, a company he founded in 2003 where he operated as an independent broker. Subsequently, in 2014 he founded Doble Digito, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm which primarily advises international investors identifying investment opportunities in Spain. Evaristo has brokered investment and divestment of medium to large-size transactions worth approximately 1.5 bn euros. In 2017 he founded the real estate investment and management platform Cartera de Inversiones Prime.
His track-record is built with deals in all asset classses, the most noteworthy include Winterthur’s headquarters or Hotel Sky in Barcelona, the land occupied by Vicente Calderón Football Stadium acquired by Azora, Edificio Monteprincipe, Edificio España purchased by RIU or the JV between HM Hospitales and Medical Property Trust.
